In 2004, Mélanie-Rose presented her first album Esprit du sud.
An album for voice only which she shared mostly during childbirth classes, doula trainings and to children.
These songs were made to prepare and educate new parents and to soothe children.
Her maternity in 2008 brought her new songs mostlty about nature and heritage.
In 2011 she trained as a music editor and an agent for artist at Centre Maurice Barbeau in Canada.
She also participated in 2011-2013 to several workshops led by important music figures in Canada.
Since 2009, she has been an active participant to the Guitar Club, a monthly gathering of songwriters and guitar players in her local community.
